As climbers, it is always beneficial to develop our flexibility, balance, coordination, core, strength, endurance, breathing and focus, in order to give our best on the wall.

Yoga can be the perfect cross training to develop all of these skills, and aid in reducing the risk of injuries so that you can climb harder and for longer!

Who runs the sessions?

Our super instructor - Daisy - qualified as a hatha yoga teacher in 2016, and she then went on to do a further 200hrs of training in Vinyasa flow, and is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Daisy’s classes are full of contrast, the perfect balance of effort and ease. If she’s not on her mat, you’ll find her reading a good book, scaling the walls here at the Depot, or at the Inside Edge Physiotherapy practice where she works as a Physiotherapy associate.

  •  Starting on Tuesday 6th Feb and every Tuesday from then onwards

  •  Price: Yoga Only - £8pp OR Yoga and Climbing - £10pp
