Update 21/07/2020:

All members on our mailing lists have been emailed announcing updates to membership.

If you have not received this email please email: as soon as possible.

All memberships will be unfrozen as of 25th July 2020, if you wish to change this please see your email or contact us as of above.

Thank you all for the support you have shown us in such a difficult time, we couldn't be more appreciative of how the climbing community is supporting us.

We have received a very high volume of emails and messages regarding pay monthly memberships, we understand that everyone needs to tighten their belts in this time of such uncertainty and appreciate that some of you want to cancel your memberships.

This is what we are going to do and have made as clear and transparent as possible for you all.

All pay monthly memberships have been frozen as of 18th March 2020 when we had to sadly close our doors
Everyone holding one of these memberships regardless of type will be credited with 2 weeks climbing credit to use when we reopen to cover the remainder of March you have paid for. This will start from the day we reopen.

Further options for pay monthly pass holders:

Using the form here. You can request to cancel your membership in line with our usual terms.

Again using the form available here. This is where you can help us.

If you choose to do so you can unfreeze your monthly membership and continue to pay from the next billing cycle (1st of the month) after your unfreeze. You can start and stop this as many times as you like when we are closed and depending on your own financial situation.

Any payments you make over the period we are closed will be added to your account as credit and can be used to spend in our centres when we reopen.

Punchcards and Gift Cards

We are also making punchcards and Gift Cards available online. These will be added to your account ready for when we reopen and will help the business to continue to pay overheads whilst we are closed.

We appreciate not everyone can help in this way and others are facing similar hardships with school closures, business closures and illness.

We wish you all the best and hope you all keep well. We are in this together and will come out stronger.
