UK customers can return non-faulty items within two weeks for a refund or replacement, provided that they are (in our opinion) complete with their packaging and in as new condition. All climbing equipment must be clearly unused and with its original tags and packaging. All you pay is the return postage. Footwear must be free from chalk contamination and show no signs that they have been used. We will not re-fund any special order items that we do not usually stock. Unless there is a fault we do not accept the return of Books, CDs or DVDs to prevent copying of information.

Cancelling Your Order

In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay for the return shipping. We believe that this directive is fully covered in our 15 day guarantee.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be replaced at any time. However, the final decision on whether the item will be replaced rests with the manufacturer and it is worth noting that this can take a significant amount of time, especially if the item needs to be shipped overseas. Contact us first on 0113 3459295

On all returned items the customer must ensure that the items are clean. We will not send dirty items back to the manufacturer and the customer will have to collect at their own expense.

Re-Sending Items.

If you return a non faulty Item (such as a pair of shoes that are the wrong size) we will re-send out another pair but we will charge the full price of re-posting. You will be contacted and asked to pay the difference over the phone.

Items re-sent by The depot Shop will be charged at 'cost' using Royal Mail -Usually this is circa £6.50 for a pair of shoes. Conatct the shop on 0113 3459295 if you require an exact price.

Sale and Clearance Items

We do not accept returns or give refunds on any Sale or Clearance Items.
